Then we evaluate the age and condition of your carpet — is it brand new? … or is it 20 years old?
Then we take into account how dirty your carpet has become, and how much oily residue may be present deep in the carpet fibers. For example, every time you cook a meal with even the best extra virgin olive oils, some of the oil molecules naturally become airborne, and will eventually settle and accumulate in your carpet and the grout of your tile surfaces.
